Siesta Key, Florida - Real estate agents usually show off property, but what Jordan Letschert flashed early Sunday morning got him into trouble.

A manager at the Beach Club in Siesta Key told investigators that Jordan Letschert flashed a badge, indicating he was a U.S. Marshal.

Deputies arrested Letschert for impersonating a law enforcement officer. Besides the silver badge, investigators say Letschert also had a pair of black and silver handcuffs.

The arrest came after the club manager became suspicious and called the Sheriff's Office.

Letschert told a deputy he was at the club looking for his girlfriend and that showing the badge was "a stupid thing to do."
