Water main break on Siesta Key | News

Siesta Key, Florida - People living near Beach Road on Siesta Key may have interrupted water service for the next several hours. Sarasota County workers are now repairing a water main break on Beach Road from Ocean Boulevard to Calle Del Invierno. County officials estimate the break impacts 125 customers.

People in the area are advised to boil water used for drinking, cooking or washing utensils. Officials will test the water over the next several days for harmful bacteria and customers will be notified when the boil water advisory is canceled.
